Well that was a shocker. The other day was Seiji's Birthday and wouden't you know it? He died of an overdose... most likly on sleeping pills X_x acording to sourses online.... he was completly into character for the joker role in the new batman movie.

"Ledger told The New York Times in a November interview that he had trouble sleeping while portraying the Joker, whom he called a "psychopathic, mass-murdering, schizophrenic clown with zero empathy."

Chernoff said Ledger's portrayal of the role led him to seek out prescription medication.

"He had been taking sleeping pills and it's also believed he was taking some anti-anxiety pills as well. This role that he had recently acted in the Batman sequel, he really immersed himself and apparently it made him a little nuts in his head and he had some trouble sleeping," Chernoff said."


It was kinda odd since the page David showed me he was researching certion ways Heath was preparing for the role. X.x sounded hard core and during the time of filming he was sleep deprived so he was given "prescription" sleeping pills to help him sleep. He was living in an appartment by himself say one housekeeper and an occassonal masseuse since his role as the joker was a demanding one in the Dark Knight. Ledger's autopsy was inconclusive, more tests needed before anything is known ;-;

Though the movie was already finished... I am a bit confused how this happen if he was sleep deprived while doing the movie... figured he would of somehow got back on a sleeping scedule somehow... and now I have to find the "why so serious" poster for Seiji X-x now...

The 28 year old Ledger leaves behind a two year old daughter, Matilda Rose, and her mother Michelle Williams. The seperated in September.

I am sorry Heath... :/ I only know your role from Knight's Tale and thats its. I know the joker would be your greatest work ever.
